Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read and agree to the below terms and conditions before booking in your session.
Please note, when sessions has been booked in, you're automatically agreeing to the terms below.

- Photographer requires a 50% deposit on booking your shoot to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refunable. If you want to cancel your shoot all together you will not receive your deposit back.

- Deposits are held to reserve dates. If there is a lack of communication between Client and Photographer (no fault on photographer) deposits cannot be kept for longer than 6 months.
​
- If you are booking your session on deal price or event mini session price, please note that full price of shoot is required on booking.
​
- If you need to cancel your shoot, please try and let the photographer know 24 hours before your session. If you need to cancel, no problem! Happy to re-arrange and book you back in.
​
- If you are 15 minutes or more late for your session and have not reached out the make contact to inform the photographer that you are running late, your session will be cancelled.
​
- Photographer will do everything possible in order to help subjects be cooperative during your session, however if subject is non-cooperative, photographer cannot be held accountable. Photographer will provide the images but if less than the amount stated in package details due to uncooperative subjects, reshoot will not be available unless the £50 fee is paid.
​
- Clients will be held accountable for any broken lighting, props or furniture in the studio. It is down to the discretion of the photographer if they wish for client to pay from broken items.
​
- If a session is booked in and you do not show up with no notice, the session will be cancelled and you will be unable to book in again until a £50 cancellation fee is paid. If you proceed to fail to show to further sessions, at the discretion of the photographer, your sessions will be cancelled all together with no refund available.
​
- When booking in a "Watch Me Grow" package, it is expected that you attend all sessions. If you are unable to attend certain sessions, at the discretion of the photographer, another session will be put in place.
If you decide you no longer wish to go ahead with the full package, you must pay the separate package prices for the sessions you have attended.

- Photos take a max of 3 weeks to edit and get back to you. Busy periods such as Christmas, Birthdays and Holidays may extend this 3-week promise.
​
- Some photos taken will be used for promotional purposes in advertising and showing examples of the photographer's work. Unless specified your images may be posted onto Facebook, Instagram and website.
​
- Photos will be edited in a variety of colour and black and white, please specifically state if you do not want black and white images.
​
- Please ensure you have looked over the photographers work before booking in and that you are happy with the style beforehand as no refunds will be given if you do not like the style of work after receiving your images.
​
- Images will be received on an Online Album which will be sent to you via Email link. USB stick avaliable the extra charge.
​
- I accept Bank Transfer and Cash. Transfers are preferred due to Covid 19.
​
- Photographer has the right to refuse to work with clients under any circumstances. Photographer will not stand for any abusive, offensive or rude behaviour or communication.
Coronavirus:
- Please do not attend your shoot if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid 19. Photographer specialises in work with the high risk and has children of her own.
Once symptoms have settled and you have a negative test, you can re-book in your shoot.
- Hand Sanatiser will be available at the door on entrance.
